Timi Frank Calls Osun Victory a Sign for 2027 Elections

Timi Frank, the former Deputy National Publicity Secretary, commented on Governor Ademola Adeleke’s victory in the Osun State governorship election, calling it a demonstration of the people's power and a potential indicator for the 2027 general elections. In a statement made in Abuja, Frank emphasized that the election results reflect citizens' ability to overcome political pressures when determined to defend their choices.

He warned that the outcome of the 2027 presidential election will ultimately depend on Nigerian voters, regardless of President Tinubu's expectations. Frank urged opposition parties to unite and called on Nigerians to remain vigilant, vote, and ensure their votes are counted.

He praised Osun voters for their political ingenuity in rejecting inducements and voting according to their conscience.
