Oyebamiji Reports Peaceful Election in Osun State

Bola Oyebamiji, the governorship aspirant representing the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Osun State, described the ongoing governorship election as peaceful. After casting his vote on Saturday, he spoke with journalists, praising the security operatives deployed for the election, stating they have performed commendably.

Oyebamiji expressed optimism that the electoral process would continue without incident, saying, “So far, everything is going well. Everything is peaceful.

My assessment is that security operatives have done a marvelous job, and I want to believe that things will look up.” When questioned about a reported incident involving the arrest of a local man allegedly found with machines, he stated he had no assessment of the situation but reiterated his confidence in the security operatives' ability to manage the election effectively.
