Otuaro Commends Pondi and Anoka for Doctoral Achievements

Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro, the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme and Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta Affairs, praised High Chief Kestin Pondi, Managing Director of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, and Dr. Michael Anoka Anoka, Commissioner for Energy in Delta State, for successfully completing their doctoral programs. Pondi completed and defended his PhD thesis in Public Administration at the College of Postgraduate Studies, University of Benin, on September 3, 2026. He reflected on the challenges faced during his academic journey and expressed gratitude to those who supported him, attributing his success to divine grace.
