Tinubu Promotes Tourism for Economic Growth in Nigeria

On Thursday, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu addressed the commissioning of the newly transformed Premier Hotel in Ibadan, which was undertaken by Odu Investment Company Limited. He stated that his administration is building a stable platform for sustainable growth and shared prosperity in Nigeria.

Tinubu highlighted the significant progress made in the country, noting that investor confidence is improving and that foreign reserves have reached their highest level in two decades. He underscored the strategic importance of the hospitality and tourism sectors in diversifying the economy and creating jobs.

Tinubu called on investors to continue investing in Nigeria, which he described as offering tremendous opportunities. He also mentioned that the administration prioritizes policies to support tourism, culture, and the creative economy, aiming to position Nigeria as a leading destination for business, leisure, and cultural engagement.

The Premier Hotel is part of a larger vision that includes sister properties in Kaduna and Enugu.
