Oyebanji Praises Voter Turnout in Ekiti Election

On Saturday, Ekiti State Governor Biodun Oyebanji commended the large voter turnout and the peaceful conduct of the governorship election. Speaking to journalists shortly after casting his vote at Ward 006, Poll Unit 003 in Okelel area, Ikogosi, Oyebanji described the exercise as a strong demonstration of the people's faith in democracy and good governance.

He expressed satisfaction with the electoral process, noting that voters arrived early and conducted themselves peacefully while waiting to exercise their franchise. Reports from various parts of the state indicated impressive turnout among eligible voters, showcasing their determination to participate in the electoral process.
