Oyebanji Thanks Ekiti for Peaceful Re-Election Support

Ekiti State Governor Biodun Oyebanji expressed profound gratitude to the people of Ekiti for their overwhelming support, which culminated in his re-election on June 20. In a statement issued by his special adviser on media, Yinka Oyebod, Oyebanji appreciated the unity shown by the electorate, which led to a renewed four-year mandate.

He described the peaceful conduct of the elections as exemplary and commended various leaders and stakeholders for their roles in maintaining peace during the electoral process. Oyebanji invited candidates from the People's Democratic Party, Dr.

Wole Oluyede, and the African Democratic Congress, Dare Bejid, to join efforts in building a prosperous Ekiti State. He acknowledged the contributions of former governors and local government associations in supporting his administration.
