Uzodimma Praises Oyebanji's Re-election in Ekiti State

Hope Uzodimma, the Governor of Imo State and chairman of the Progressives Governors Forum, congratulated Biodun Oyebanji on his re-election as Governor of Ekiti State. Oyebanji, representing the All Progressives Congress (APC), secured victory in the recent governorship election with 319,224 votes, defeating his closest rival, Olumayokun Oluyede of the People's Democratic Party.

The election results were announced after a significant turnout across the 16 local government areas of Ekiti State, demonstrating overwhelming public support for Oyebanji's leadership. Uzodimma remarked that Oyebanji's victory reflects quality leadership and performance, commending the APC for its role in the electoral success.

He also praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for ongoing developmental initiatives across the country, noting that despite economic challenges, Nigerians have shown patience and confidence in the administration's policies. Uzodimma expressed optimism for continued cooperation to strengthen national development under APC-led governance.
