Alli Affirms APC Endorsement as Tradition in Oyo Politics

Sarafadeen Abiodun Alli, representing the Oyo South Senatorial District, stated that his endorsement by the leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) is a normal tradition within a progressive party. This endorsement occurred during an award ceremony organized by the Ijebu Jesa Social Club (IJSC) at the Carlton Gate Exclusive Hotel in Ibadan.

Alli highlighted that the APC has always recognized loyalty and dedication among its members when selecting candidates for elections. He noted that the consensus candidate chosen for the 2027 gubernatorial election does not preclude other aspirants from contesting, affirming that the primaries will be open for both direct and indirect participation.

The event also featured Chief Rotimi Obeisun, who praised the efforts of Oba Rashidi Ladoja in community development, emphasizing the importance of revitalizing local industries in Ibadanland.
