Abdulraheem Lawal, the Acting Governor of Oyo State, conveyed his heartfelt sympathy to traders and residents impacted by a fire outbreak at Oranyan Market in Ibadan. In a statement from Sulaimon Olanrewaju, the Special Adviser (Media) to the Governor, Lawal described the incident as a tragic loss that disrupted the livelihoods of many traders and inflicted significant hardship on families.

He assured that the Oyo State Government would support the victims during this challenging time. Emergency response teams have been deployed to assess the damage, and immediate relief measures are being implemented.
