APC Chieftain Abdulfatah Shittu Donates to NIS Office

Abdulfatah Shittu, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), donated solar streetlights and plastic chairs to the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS) office in Ogbomoso, Oyo State. This donation was made following a recent security breach where hoodlums attacked the passport office, stealing valuable items.

Shittu stated that this gesture is part of his commitment to support security agencies in tackling crime and security challenges within his constituency, particularly as he prepares for the 2027 elections for the Ogbomoso North State Constituency. The solar streetlights are expected to improve visibility and security around the immigration facility, especially during nighttime operations, while the chairs will enhance comfort for both staff and visitors.

Chief Superintendent Alabi Sulaimon expressed appreciation for the donation, noting its significance in enhancing security and operational efficiency at the immigration service office.
