PDP Chieftain Daniel Orbih Passes Away at 2026

Daniel Osi Orbih, a prominent chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party and political ally of Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, died on Monday, August 31, 2026. His family released a statement, signed by Francis Udukhomoi Orbih, expressing profound sadness and announcing his passing.

The family described him as a beloved brother, husband, father, and uncle, and requested prayers from friends and well-wishers during this difficult time. Orbih is survived by his wife, Florence Orbih, and his children, Winifred Anwosiobor Orbih and Mildred Omonemi Orbih, among other family members.
