PDP Launches Digital Membership Drive Starting March 2026

The People's Democratic Party (PDP) has officially launched a nationwide membership drive, which will begin on March 2, 2026, and continue for three weeks. This initiative was approved by the party's work committee and aims to compile a digital membership register in compliance with the Electoral Act 2026.

According to a statement made available by the party's national secretariat in Abuja, the registration will occur daily, excluding Sundays, across all wards in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory. The special committee overseeing this exercise will be led by Hon.

Theophilus Daka Shan, who will also handle any complaints that may arise during the registration period. The PDP has urged its members and the general public to visit their respective wards to register.
