PDP Achieves 4.2 Million Members in Digital Registration

The People's Democratic Party (PDP), under the leadership of Tanimu Turaki, reported a membership achievement of 4,264,675 through a digital registration initiative. This announcement was made on Wednesday in Abuja, despite the challenges posed by a tight timeframe.

The PDP's mobilization team, led by Ini Ememobong, has been actively engaging with residents in both rural and urban areas to facilitate this registration process. The initiative is part of the party's strategy as the country enters the first month of the second quarter in a pre-election year.

Ememobong expressed delight over the positive feedback received from ongoing registration efforts, which have been crucial for the party's preparations. The data portal indicates that the registration process is scheduled to continue until March 31, 2026, reflecting the party's commitment to expanding its membership base ahead of the elections.
