Taraba Governor Accuses Individuals of Spreading Lies to Gen. Danjuma

Governor Kefas of Taraba State has criticized individuals for allegedly spreading false information to Gen. Theophilus Danjuma, a former Minister of Defense.

During a solidarity visit to Gen. Danjuma's residence in Wukari, Kefas dismissed rumors of a strained relationship and reaffirmed their strong bond.

He expressed gratitude for the opportunity to serve as governor and commended Gen. Danjuma for his support and leadership.

Kefas urged residents to register en masse with the Progress Congress, describing it as a key party attracting federal presence and opportunities in the state. The governor's remarks come amidst political speculations ahead of the 2027 governorship elections in Taraba State.
