Nigerian Troops Rescue 21 Kidnap Victims, Including 4 Chinese Nationals, in Kwara and Kogi States

Nigerian troops, led by Lieutenant Colonel Polycarp Okoy, successfully rescued 21 kidnap victims, including 4 Chinese nationals, in Kwara and Kogi states. The victims, comprising 14 men, 5 women, 1 infant, and the Chinese nationals, were abducted from various locations across the two states.

The rescue operation, part of the ongoing efforts to combat banditry in the North Central region, involved personnel from the Nigerian Army's 2 Division Sector 3. The victims received immediate medical attention and treatment after their release.

The Nigerian Air Force provided crucial aerial support during the operation.
