Poco Lee Faces Charges Amid Social Media Speculation

Poco Lee, legally known as Iweh Odinaka, is currently facing five charges, including attempted grape, two counts of grape, and two counts of assault by penetration. These allegations arose during his visit to the United Kingdom for the "and Friends" concert at the Crystal Palace Bowl on August 14.

Verydarkman (VDM) shared a video on Instagram on September 12, 2026, claiming it was the first footage of Poco Lee since his release, tagging Burna Boy in the post. Despite rumors circulating on social media about the case being resolved or the complainant withdrawing, the Snaresbrook Crown Court confirmed that the case against Odinaka remains active.

The court has not clarified whether he was released on bail or remains in custody. A reporting restriction is in place to protect the identity of the complainant under Section 1 of the Sexual Offences Amendment Act 1992.

Odinaka has not been convicted of any offense, and the allegations are yet to be determined by the court.
