Man Arrested with Human Parts in Ondo State

On April 11, 2026, the Ondo State Police Command, under the leadership of CP Adebowale Lawal, arrested a 29-year-old man named Tope M. Ag in the Il Oluji area of Ondo State.

The arrest was made following allegations of theft against the suspect, who was accused of unlawfully taking several items belonging to a father in the area. The stolen items included three Bajaj motorcycles, nine goats, quantities of palm oil, four Android phones, two gas cylinders, gold items, and a rug carpet.

Further investigations revealed that the suspect had sold the stolen rug carpet to an individual named Olawal Sundai. A thorough search of the suspect's residence led to the recovery of various items, and the police are investigating the suspect's potential connections to ritualistic crimes.
