Police Arrest Suspects Linked to Delta Killing Case

The Delta State Police Command reported the arrest of two individuals linked to the killing of 28-year-old Oghenemin Ogidi. The arrests occurred on Wednesday night as part of an ongoing investigation aimed at apprehending those connected to the movement of a firearm and ammunition related to Ogidi's death.

One of the suspects is alleged to have sent a Beretta pistol and four rounds of ammunition through a transport company from Yenagoa to Effurun. The police have not yet provided an official comment on the developments.

It remains unclear whether the second suspect was the driver of the transport parcel. ASP Nuhu Usman is the officer linked to the incident, and the Nigeria Police Force is expected to pursue prosecution against those involved.
