Police Arrest Three Suspects Linked to Yola Gang

The Adamawa State Police Command arrested three individuals, identified as Abdulmalik Mohammad (22), Abba Mustapha (21), and Ibrahim Yusuf (22), during an operation aimed at combating violent crime associated with the Shilla gang in Yola. The operation was conducted by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) following credible intelligence.

Police spokesman Suleiman Nguroj disclosed that the suspects were apprehended for criminal conspiracy and possession of dangerous weapons and banned substances. The command emphasized its commitment to intensifying operations against criminal gangs that threaten public safety and urged the community to support police efforts by providing information.

The suspects will be charged in court upon the conclusion of the investigation.
