Police Arrest Two Members of Edo Robbery Gang

The Nigeria Police Force in Edo State arrested two members of a ten-man robbery gang, identified as Mustapha Haruna and Abdulahi Abdulraman, shortly after they allegedly robbed a residence in the Ugbor area of Benin City. The gang broke into the home and stole items including an iPhone, Samsung phone, laptop, JBL speaker, power bank, and an undisclosed amount of cash.

Following the incident, the suspects were tracked to a hotel where they were apprehended, and the stolen items were recovered. Eno Ikoedem, the spokesperson for the Edo State Police, confirmed the arrests and stated that the Ugbor police station launched a manhunt to apprehend the remaining members of the gang.

Investigations are ongoing to arrest the fleeing suspects.
