Enugu Police Raid Drug Hideout, Arrest Suspect

On a recent operation, the Enugu State Police Command, specifically the Anti-Cultism Tactical Squad, conducted a raid on a criminal hideout located in New Artisan, Enugu. During this operation, they arrested a male suspect named Francisco Olugba, aged 29.

The police recovered a quantity of cannabis sativa, which was found in a bag containing cloth. Additionally, they seized 11 stolen SIM cards from various network providers and a pair of scissors.

The operation, led by Daniel Ndukw, aimed to dismantle a drug peddling and consumption hub, disrupting related criminal activities in the area. The police also destroyed makeshift structures used for drug-related purposes.

Investigations are ongoing to apprehend other members of the criminal network and uncover the full extent of their operations.
