Ogun Police Arrest Four Suspects for Burglary

The Ogun State Police Command arrested four suspects in connection with an alleged burglary in the Agbado area. The suspects, identified as Sodiq Raji (32), Zubby Nzube (28), Adeyemi Omoyajuowo (30), and Chimezie Iwuanya (35), were apprehended during an investigation into a house-breaking incident reported on July 5.

DSP Oluseyi Babaseyi, the command’s spokesperson, stated that forensic tracking of one of the stolen mobile phones led detectives from the Agbado Division to Raji. His arrest subsequently resulted in the apprehension of Nzube, Omoyajuowo, and Iwuanya.

Some stolen property has been recovered from the suspects, and investigations are ongoing to recover additional items and apprehend any accomplices who are still at large. Babaseyi confirmed that the suspects would be arraigned in court once the investigations are concluded.
