Portable Challenges Terry G to Boxing Match for Career Revival

Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has publicly challenged fellow artist Terry G to a boxing match, asserting that it could help revive his music career. During an appearance on Channel Television's "Rubbin' Minds," Portable expressed his readiness to engage in the boxing arena, highlighting the potential benefits for the Nigerian entertainment industry.

He has previously participated in two celebrity boxing matches, winning against actor Charl Okocha in December 2023 by technical knockout and rapper Speed Darlington in April 2025. However, he faced his first defeat in May 2026 against skit maker Carter Efe by unanimous decision in Lagos.

Portable aims to settle scores with Okocha again in a future match in London. He also addressed rumors regarding his fallout with YBNL founder Olamide, emphasizing that no local artist can win a Grammy without his involvement.

As of now, Terry G has not publicly responded to Portable's challenge.
