Present your documents for regularisation – Ogun govt appeals to Gbenga Daniel

The Ogun State Government has urged former governor and senator, Gbenga Daniel, to present documents for regularization following the sealing and demolition notice issued for his Asoludero Court Conference Hotels annex in Sagamu. The government stated that the building violated state urban planning laws.

Commissioner of Physical and Urban Development, TPL Tunji Odunlami, emphasized the need for compliance with regulations to aid urban development and control land use in the public interest. The government clarified that the verification exercise is part of an ongoing routine activity to ensure adherence to building laws.

Owners of properties in Sagamu GRA were also served notices for non-compliance. The government appealed to Gbenga Daniel to send a representative to show relevant documents for verification and obtain clearance to rectify any violations.
