President Tinubu Returns to Abuja After Eid Celebrations

President Bola Tinubu returned to Abuja on Wednesday after marking Eid-el-Fitr celebrations in Lagos. His departure from Lagos occurred at 6:44 PM from the presidential wing of Murtala Muhammed International Airport.

Prior to this, Tinubu had returned to Nigeria from a state visit to the United Kingdom, which took place earlier on Friday. During his time in Lagos, he participated in Eid-el-Fitr prayers at Dodan Barracks and held several engagements with political and business leaders.

He also received a delegation from the European Union and discussed matters with members of the Lagos State Advisory Council. Additionally, Vice President Kashim Shettima visited Lagos to brief President Tinubu on his recent trip to Borno State, which followed a suicide bombing incident.
