APC Group Criticizes Ondo Government's Actions Against NWC

The Ondo APC Progress Mind Alliance has condemned the Ondo State government for allegedly deploying state resources to discredit the party's National Working Committee (NWC) and its leadership. The coalition, which consists of loyal APC members, emphasized the necessity of upholding the party's constitution and supporting the NWC's recent decisions regarding the review of primary election outcomes.

Wole Ogunlad, the coalition's coordinator, expressed disappointment over the state's actions, which they claim falsely accuse and vilify the NWC. The group praised President Bola Tinubu for his leadership and commitment to internal democracy within the APC.

They also rejected protests from women and youth in the state, asserting that these do not reflect the true sentiments of party members. The coalition plans to conduct a statewide campaign to educate members about the rationale behind the NWC's decisions and encourage them to address grievances through appropriate channels rather than public protests.
