BAT Ideological Group Launches Handbook for Tinubu's Legacy

The BAT Ideological Group, established to support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration, officially launched its handbook on September 18, 2025. This event received significant global media coverage and aims to provide an intellectual foundation for Tinubu's governance philosophy.

The handbook serves as a guide for 36 state coordinators and outlines the administration's milestones and vision. The group plans to launch its own handbook in March 2026, coinciding with Tinubu's state visit to the United Kingdom, to highlight 301 achievements during his administration.

However, the political landscape is crowded with similar groups that may lack genuine commitment and intellectual depth. The BAT Ideological Group has formed strategic partnerships, including with LASUSTECH to establish the BAT Institute of Governance and with the University of Lagos to create a center for political policy accountability.

These initiatives aim to ensure the group's sustainability and commitment to Tinubu's legacy.
