Omojuwa Critiques Super Eagles After 3-0 Loss to Guinea-Bissau

On September 29, Nigeria's Super Eagles suffered a 3-0 defeat against Guinea-Bissau during the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers held in Bissau. Social media expert Japheth Joshua Omojuwa criticized the performance of the Super Eagles, particularly their crossing ability.

Guinea-Bissau took the lead in the 15th minute with a goal from Franculino Dju, who curled a shot past Nigeria's goalkeeper. The Super Eagles struggled to create significant threats and went into halftime trailing.

Coach Chelle made substitutions at the break, bringing on Moses Usor and Moses Simon for Frank Onyeka and Taiwo Awoniyi, but the changes did not alter the game's momentum. Mama Baldé scored the second goal for Guinea-Bissau in the 66th minute, and Álvaro Djaló sealed the victory with a third goal in stoppage time.

This defeat marked Coach Chelle's first loss since taking over the team. Guinea-Bissau now leads Group L with six points, while Nigeria remains on three points.
