PRP Denies Kwankwaso's Alleged Purchase of Nomination Forms

The People Redemption Party (PRP) has rejected allegations that former Kano State Governor Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso bought 69 nomination forms to gain control of the party in anticipation of the 2027 elections. Abdulkadir Musa Giza, identified as the chairman of the North West Stakeholders Forum of the PRP, stated that Kwankwaso has not taken any actions to manipulate the party structure.

Alhaji Musa Maigari, speaking on behalf of the PRP at a press conference, labeled the allegations as false and insisted that Kwankwaso neither purchased nomination forms nor has any official connection to the party's current position. Maigari questioned the credibility of the sources making these claims, suggesting that they are not even members of the party.

He urged the public to disregard the rumors, describing them as baseless and relying on information released through the party's official channels. The PRP has already completed its primary elections ahead of the next electoral cycle.
