Ranchers Secure NPFL Promotion in Historic Season

Ranchers, alongside three other private clubs, successfully booked their tickets to the Nigerian Premier Football League (NPFL) after a challenging regular season. The Kaduna-based Ranchers fell 2-0 to Gomb Unit in their last encounter, but fate favored them as Kebbi Unit secured a 3-0 victory over Jigawa Golden Star, allowing Ranchers to claim the final promotion slot.

This marks a historic achievement for Ranchers, as it is their first promotion to the Nigerian elite league after competing in the Nigeria National League (NNL). The club's owner played a crucial role in motivating the team throughout the campaign, which proved decisive in their success.
