Offset Recovering After Shooting Outside Florida Casino

Rapper Offset, whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus, is currently responding to treatment following a shooting incident that occurred outside the Seminole Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, Florida, on Monday. According to a spokesperson, Offset sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood. The Seminole Police Department reported that the situation was quickly contained, and two individuals were detained. While Offset's representative confirmed the incident to People magazine, the police have not publicly confirmed claims made by DJ Akademiks during a livestream, which suggested that Offset was involved in a physical altercation with fellow rapper Lil Tjay prior to the shooting. The two rappers have reportedly been embroiled in a long-standing dispute, allegedly linked to a $10,000 loan owed by Offset. Offset shares three children with fellow rapper Cardi B and is a member of the group Migos.
