Remo Stars Deny Coach's Resignation Rumors Amid Speculations of Club Exit

Remo Stars have refuted rumors surrounding the resignation of Daniel Ogunmodede, the head coach of the Nigerian Premier League champions. Despite speculation of his departure following disagreements with club management, Ogunmodede, aged 45, is confirmed to be fully in charge and enjoying his role at the club.

The coach's absence from recent matches fueled the speculations, but Remo Stars clarified that Ogunmodede was attending a coaching course in Abuja. The club dismissed the resignation talks and affirmed that Ogunmodede will continue his national team duties alongside Super Eagles manager Ric Chell.

Ogunmodede signed a contract extension until 2027 after guiding Remo Stars to their first NPFL title last season.
