Rotary District 9111 to Host Royal Conference 2026

Rotary District 9111 is set to host the Royal Conference 2026 from May 7 to May 10 in Abeokuta, Ogun State, at the iconic Olumo Rock. The conference, themed "Uniting for Good," aims to celebrate service, leadership, and humanitarian impact.

Governor Princ Henri Akinyel announced that the event will attract Rotarians, Rotaractors, dignitaries, and changemakers from across Nigeria and beyond. Distinguished speakers include Oba Dr. Olufolarin Olukayode Ogunsanwo, Dr. Kwame Baach Acheamfuor, and Dr. Adedeji Ashiru.

Past Assistant Governor Dayo Niyi Idowu, the conference chairman, emphasized the event's potential for networking and cultural showcase. The conference will feature a welcome party, a gala night, and various activities aimed at connecting humanitarian efforts and promoting peace, education, and environmental sustainability.
