ICM Conference 2026: Business Leaders to Speak in Lagos

The Institute of Change Management (ICM) is set to hold its 2026 annual conference on September 3 and 4 in Lagos, themed “Unleashing Change: Accelerating Impact – Harnessing Transformation to Drive Business Excellence and Personal Growth.” The conference aims to gather leaders from both public and private sectors to explore how organizations and individuals can thrive through innovation and strategic leadership during times of rapid change. Mr.

Kola Adesina, Group Managing Director of Sahara Group, will deliver the keynote address, focusing on practical strategies for transformation, leadership, and innovation. Dr.

Catherine Nwosu, Managing Director of Africa Prudential Plc, will discuss sustainable growth through strategic investments and risk management. Other confirmed speakers include Mr.

Jeremiah Okoh, Barr. Samuel Olushola Agbeluyi, Mrs.

Ijeoma Onyenobi, and Mr. Edidiong Ekwere.
