Sahara Group Launches Graduate Management Trainee Programme

Sahara Group announced the opening of applications for its #SaharaBeyondXXX Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) Programme, designed to identify and develop the next generation of leaders who will drive the company's transformation. The program targets high-potential young professionals ready to learn and take active roles across Sahara's integrated energy value chain, which spans upstream, midstream, downstream, and power technology businesses.

This initiative marks a significant milestone as the company celebrates its 30th anniversary and reflects its commitment to delivering extra value to people and the planet. Bethel Obioma, Head of Corporate Communications at Sahara Group, emphasized the importance of people as critical drivers of sustainable growth.

Emilomo Arorot, Head of Human Resources, described the program as a deliberate investment in building leadership capacity within the energy conglomerate.
