Students and Teacher Survive Lagos Road Crash Without Injury

On Wednesday, a road accident occurred at 6 PM in Lagos State when two vehicles, a Suzuki Alto carrying three occupants (two students and a teacher) and a Honda Accord, collided along the expressway in the Onipanu area. The impact of the collision caused the vehicles to swing to the opposite side of the expressway, damaging the Honda Accord.

The students, Animashaun Ridwan and Ogunbamowo Michael, both in Junior Secondary School 2, reported head and eye discomfort and received immediate first aid from the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) paramedics. The teacher, identified as Mr.

Joseph, a Basic Technology teacher at Lagos State Model Junior College, Igbonla, was also involved but escaped without serious injury. LASEMA confirmed that no fatalities occurred, and the damaged vehicles were removed from the scene to prevent further incidents.

The agency urged motorists to exercise caution and adhere to traffic regulations to ensure safety on the roads.
