SDP's Adebayo Says He'd Restrict Wike's Public Statements If Appointed

Adewole Adebayo, the Social Democratic Party's 2027 presidential candidate, has indicated he would recruit Nyesom Wike into his administration but would curtail the Federal Capital Territory minister's public communications. Speaking during an interview with Symfoni, Adebayo addressed how he would manage Wike's political involvement, using unconventional language to describe his approach to controlling the minister's media engagement.

Adebayo acknowledged Wike's track record as FCT minister, particularly his oversight of infrastructure expansion across the nation's capital. The SDP candidate described Wike as a high-performing member of President Bola Tinubu's current cabinet and commended his dedication to his portfolio.
