SeerBit Partners with IIAN to Enhance Payment Solutions

SeerBit Technologies has announced a partnership with the Institute of Internal Auditors Nigeria (IIAN) to deliver a secure payment gateway for both online and offline businesses. This initiative was highlighted during the IIAN's annual global award campaign held in Lagos in 2026.

Oyewal Oyelad, head of commercial services at SeerBit, explained that the program aims to help auditors overcome existing gaps in control measures within the audit framework. The collaboration is designed to ensure that auditors can perform their duties more efficiently, particularly during quarterly and year-end audits.

The event also featured Babajid Shoyebo, who discussed innovations in payment solutions, including a point-of-sale payment system. Dr.

Moyosor Adeniyi, a board member of IIAN, emphasized the importance of showcasing the value auditors add to businesses. Don Umeha, CEO of IIAN, expressed satisfaction with the partnership, noting that it would enhance payment systems and improve real-time account reconciliation in Nigeria.
