Senator Lau Denies Legal Action Against APC Over Primary

Senator Shuaibu Isa Lau, representing the Taraba North senatorial district, has publicly denied circulating rumors that he is suing the All Progressives Congress (APC) over the outcomes of the party's senatorial primary. In a telephone interview, Lau described the reports as false and the work of malicious elements aiming to undermine the APC in Taraba State.

He emphasized that there has been no legal action initiated against the party's National Working Committee (NWC) and that he has not summoned any lawyer or taken anyone to court regarding the recent senatorial primary elections. Lau called for unity and support within the party, urging members to stay focused and committed as they approach the general elections, asserting that he has genuine documentation to prove his position.
