Six Council Chairmen Back Kekemeke for Ondo Senate Seat

Six local government council chairmen from the Ondo South senatorial district have formally endorsed Kekemeke for the vacant Senate seat. The chairmen, including Hon.

Ogunsakin Andrew from Okitipupa, Hon. Adegoroye Taiwo from Odigbo, Hon.

Jedi Akinf from Irele, Hon. Mauric Openaya from Ilaje, Hon.

Ojo, Hon. Ebi Molo from Ese Odo, and Hon.

Adebayo Adebar from Iluji Ok Igbo, made this declaration during a strategic meeting in Okitipupa, Ondo State. They highlighted Kekemeke's proven pedigree and his alignment with the party's interests, stressing the importance of maintaining party stability and cohesion.

The chairmen vowed to support a consensus arrangement within the APC and emphasized that their decision was made in the overall interest of the party. They expressed confidence in Kekemeke's capability to govern effectively and to fully tap into the socio-economic potential of Ondo South, promising not to fail the party and the people of Ondo State.
