Skyway Aviation Reports 54% Revenue Growth in 2025

Skyway Aviation Handling Company PLC (SAHCO) announced a significant financial performance for the year ending December 31, 2025, with a 54% increase in revenue, totaling ₦44.46 billion compared to ₦28.94 billion in 2024. This growth was attributed to a substantial rise in demand for passenger and cargo handling services, alongside improved contributions from the ancillary value chain operations.

The company's profit before tax nearly doubled to ₦11.73 billion, indicating strong operational momentum and improved efficiency across its business lines. Adenik Aboderin, the Managing Director and CEO, stated that the results reflect the strength of SAHCO's strategic direction and the resilience of its business model, despite challenges such as inflationary pressures and rising costs.

Chairman Dr. Taiwo Afolabi emphasized the importance of sustained investment in modern equipment and infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery, positioning SAHCO for long-term growth.

The company's cost of sales increased to ₦18.98 billion from ₦12.56 billion the previous year, but revenue growth outpaced this increase, resulting in a gross profit rise to ₦25.48 billion from ₦16.38 billion in 2024.
