Dan'iya Promises Inclusive Governance for Sokoto 2027

Hon. Manir Muhammad Dan'iya, the governorship candidate for the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Sokoto State, promised to implement an open-door and inclusive government during a meeting with ADC leaders from the three senatorial zones on Saturday.

He emphasized the need for a people-centered administration ahead of the 2027 general elections, stating that his government would prioritize the genuine needs of citizens over the desires of a privileged few. Dan'iya, who is also a former deputy governor of Sokoto State, highlighted the importance of public welfare, security, education, healthcare, youth empowerment, and economic growth.

He called on party leaders to unite and strengthen the ADC ahead of the elections, expressing confidence that Nigerians are increasingly seeking political alternatives for effective governance. The meeting included leaders such as Prof.

Aminu Abubakar Illela, Hon. Abubakar Sadik Sanyinna, and Hon.

Kabiru Hali, who congratulated Dan'iya on his leadership style and vision for Sokoto State.
