Stop The Media Trial, Hatchet Job – ADC Fires EFCC

The Action Democratic Party (ADC) has strongly criticized the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for what they perceive as a biased media trial and hatchet job against opposition leaders. The ADC's National Publicity Secretary raised concerns about the sudden urgency with which the EFCC has been investigating former government officials, including David Mark, Emeka Ihedioha, and Aminu Tambuwal.

The party accused the EFCC of selectively targeting opposition figures while ignoring allegations against members of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC). The ADC called for an end to what they see as a pattern of using stale allegations to assault political freedom and discredit opposition leaders.

The party urged the EFCC to stop the media trial and provide concrete proof instead of engaging in selective justice.
