Students Donate ₦10.7m for Tinubu's 2027 Campaign

Students from Anambra State contributed a total of ₦10,735,500 to assist President Bola Tinubu in purchasing his expression of interest form for the 2027 presidential election. This gesture was made to acknowledge the positive impact of the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELF) on their ability to access higher education and alleviate financial burdens.

Ifeanyichukwu Chukwuemeka, the Chairman of the National Association of Nigerian Students Joint Campus Council in Anambra State, emphasized that this donation reflects their gratitude for Tinubu's educational reforms and youth-focused policies. The event took place at Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Igbariam Campus, on Friday.

The students also expressed appreciation for the support from Anambra State Governor Chukwuma Soludo and other dignitaries present, including businessman Obinna Iyiegbu and state women leader Adaora Soludo, who contributed to youth mobilization and leadership development in the region.
