Sujimoto Unveils ₦20tr Border Security & Agro Plan to Tackle Terrorism

Sujimoto, a real estate and infrastructure company, has revealed a strategic plan worth ₦20 trillion aimed at tackling terrorism, banditry, and cross-border crimes in Nigeria. The plan focuses on enhancing physical security and creating economic opportunities for border communities.

Sujimoto highlights the need for a comprehensive approach that goes beyond military responses, including border control, job creation, and rural development. The initiative involves constructing fortified barriers and implementing technology-driven surveillance systems along Nigeria's vulnerable borders, particularly with Cameroon.

Additionally, the plan includes developing agro-industrial zones along the border regions to boost local economies and stabilize communities, reducing incentives for criminal activities.
