Rep Akin Alabi Urges Action for Abducted Ogbomosho Pupils

Akin Alabi, a member of the House of Representatives representing Oyo State, has called on security agencies to sustain their efforts toward the release of abducted pupils and a teacher in Ogbomosho. His appeal came in response to the successful rescue of Busayo Adegok, the younger sister of Adebayo Adelabu, the Minister of Power, along with two sons who were previously held captive.

Alabi commended the Nigerian Police Force and other security agencies involved in the operation, acknowledging their intelligence gathering and courage that made the rescue possible. He emphasized the need for intensified efforts to rescue other victims still held by kidnappers, asserting that every citizen in Oyo State deserves to live, work, and move freely without fear.

Alabi called for collective action against insecurity and support for security agencies to tackle the rising threat of kidnapping and violent crime in the state.
