Taraba High Court Announces Christmas, New Year Vacation in Compliance with Civil Procedure Rules

The Chief Judge of Taraba State, Justice Joel Agya, has declared the Christmas and New Year vacation schedule for 2025 for the High Court across the state. The break will run from December 24, 2025, to January 2, 2026, in accordance with the Taraba State High Court Civil Procedure Rules 2011.

The official notice aligns with Order 8 Rule 4(c) of the rules, which mandates a break during the festive period. The Chief Judge's circular serves as an official notification to the judiciary and the general public that the High Court will observe the holiday period accordingly.
