Federal High Court Nigeria Releases 2025 Christmas Holiday Schedule for Judges

The Federal High Court in Nigeria has announced its 2025 Christmas holiday schedule, starting from December 19 and resuming on January 7, 2026. The vacation roster outlines the operational framework during the holiday period, ensuring essential judicial activities are not disrupted.

Chief Judge John Tsoho emphasized the importance of handling limited matters during the break to maintain key services. The court clarified that specific urgent cases, including those related to fundamental rights and national importance, will be entertained during the vacation period in Abuja, Lagos, and Port Harcourt.
