Taraba LG Revokes Indigeneship Certificates Immediately

The Gashaka Local Government Council in Taraba State, under the leadership of Chairman Umar Yusuf, has announced the revocation of all existing indigeneship certificates. This decision was made public through a statement released on Saturday by Ali Baba Yusuf, the Director of Administration and General Services for the Wukari Council.

The revocation was deemed necessary due to the introduction of redesigned certificates. The council has directed all individuals holding the old certificates to report to the office of the Director of Administration and General Services at the local government secretariat to collect the new certificates.

It was emphasized that the old certificates are no longer valid and stand revoked with immediate effect.
