Dr. Bashar Urges African Mothers to Support Orphans

Dr. Halima Mamman Bashar, the wife of the late Emir of Daura, addressed African mothers at a conference organized by the African Orphan Council in Abuja.

She emphasized the importance of teaching children respect and perseverance, particularly towards those from less privileged backgrounds, including orphans. Dr.

Bashar highlighted the challenges faced by orphans and orphanages, urging mothers to not be indifferent but rather to support these children. She called for special attention to be given to orphans, encouraging mothers to spend time with them to understand their needs better.

Dr. Bashar commended the African Chiefdom for their efforts in updating people on the welfare of orphans and the need for improvements in orphanages across African countries.
